Our Story

Where Compassion Meets Purpose

The vision for SAN-RC began with a powerful idea: to create a home where vulnerable adults could receive care that’s not just high-quality, but deeply human. Through partnerships and state support, we’re building a 3-story, 50-room facility designed for both dementia and mental health residents. We’re more than a construction project — we’re a promise to our community.

More Than Care — A Calling to Serve.

SAN-RC Assisted Living Facility will be a family-owned and locally operated community with a heartfelt commitment to providing exceptional care for seniors and adults with mental health needs. Our mission will be rooted in service — not just as a business, but as a calling to uplift the lives of vulnerable individuals and families in our community.

We will take great pride in the people who form the heart of SAN-RC. From our front office to our care teams, each staff member will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, respectful, and consistent care — the kind of care that earns trust and strengthens our reputation throughout the community.

Our Care Teams will be on-site 24/7/365, creating a stable and nurturing environment for all residents. Whether supporting individuals with dementia or mental health needs, our staff will be trained to offer skilled assistance with patience, empathy, and a personal touch. Their ability to build strong relationships and deliver comfort will be one of the many ways SAN-RC sets itself apart.

We believe that the strength of our facility will lie in the strength of our people. That’s why we will be intentional in hiring compassionate, dedicated individuals who align with our core values of dignity, respect, and service.

As the need for quality assisted living continues to grow, SAN-RC ALF will rise to meet it — not only in size, but in purpose and impact. Our two-story, 50-room facility will be thoughtfully designed to serve the unique needs of our residents, with private rooms, dedicated wings for dementia and mental health care, spacious and light-filled common areas, and amenities like a gym, spa, activity rooms, and medical support spaces.

Each team member will be assigned to a specific part of the facility, ensuring residents build meaningful, consistent connections with familiar caregivers each day. This approach will foster trust and stability, which are especially essential for the populations we will serve.

At SAN-RC ALF, we will go beyond providing care — we will create a home. And knowing that we can offer safety, comfort, and enrichment to our residents is what will inspire us every day as we grow into this meaningful work.
